cardesignnews.com has come up with its 2008 competition having a rather interesting design brief. It describes three “Millenniumites”, people who were born in 2000 and their regular day in year 2028. Your goal is to design a car that fits to their individual needs and daily schedule.

The Jury consists of nine world famous and respected automotive design professionals including Martin Smith (Executive Vice President of Design, Ford Europe Asia Pacific and Africa), Shiro Nakamura (Head of Design, Nissan) and Gorden Wagener (President Advanced Global Design, Daimler Benz)

There are two categories in the competition, professional and student. Winner of each category will receive Autodesk DesignStudio software (7000$), 2000$ in cash and a year membership at cardesignnews.com. All finalists will have their work on display on cardesignnews.
