Carr Magazine
By Cristiano Baptista on Mar 18th, 2010Since we’re fans of concept drawings, sketches and illustrations, we decided to talk about a great magazine for anyone like us: CARR Magazine.
Founded in 2007, CARR Magazine is the world´s first magazine dedicated to car drawing and is at the forefront of car design illustration and paves the way for fresh young talents to prove themselves among the huge designer masses leaving design schools every year. It has also featured work from renowned industry professionals working for some of the most important car manufacturers in the market.
They released their 3rd issue last December and it consisted of 34 pages of fresh car sketches and interviews, each one in A3 format with the possibility of being pinned up as A2 poster individually and also included an A4 sized editorial folder with interviews in German. This mag concept/format is definitely desirable for illustration fans with the intent of decorate their walls with huge prints of great illustrations.
