dhiresh, thanks for the comment as well, :)) your plans and passion i feel from your post are great, i would like to recommend you just to draw with a pen or pencil to gain more experiences, its a matter of more time, you just sketch sketch sketch :)))
and about software, i use wacom for pc sketches and definately alias sketchbook, or photoshop or corel as you wish… i hope it will give you some help :)
